Cochise College Admissions Application

This application must be completed for admission or re-entry to Cochise College.

  • Students need to declare their citizenship or lawful immigration status and present designated documents for Prop 300. (List of Acceptable Documents PDF - link opens new window).
  • 6 - RESIDENCY INFORMATION

  • Upon acceptance to the college, all students are admitted in an out-of-state status and charged out-of-state tuition and fees. To qualify for in-state tuition, proof of citizenship/lawful presence and residency must be on file prior to the start of the term in which residency classification is being requested. It is up to the student to establish residency, citizenship status and/or lawful status prior to the start of classes. If eligible documentation is not on file prior to the start of the term, students will be charged out-of-state fees. Please visit the Establishing Residency section of our website for more information and to see a list of qualifying documents. Documents can be scanned and emailed to adm@cochise.edu or submitted at the closest campus or center near you, or to the Admissions Office at: Cochise College, Admissions, 901 North Colombo Ave., Sierra Vista, AZ 85635-2317. Please contact the Admissions & Records Office at 1-800-593-9567 if you have any questions about residency requirements.
